Police seek public assistance to identify suicide bomber

The Vavuniya Police crime investigation unit today released a photograph of the LTTE terror suspect alleged of carrying out the suicide attack in front of the Vavuniya SSP police complex, killing 12 personnel and injuring 23 others on Monday (June16).

The photograph was found during initial investigations conducted at the explosion site, Vavuniya Police sources said, adding any sort of information of the suspect to be relayed to the authorities through the below mentioned phone number or to the closest Police station.
