Troops of 58 Division commanded by Brigadier Shavindar Silva have located a huge LTTE printing press while conducting consolidating and search operations in general area Sugandhirapuram, Mullaittivu, this morning, 11 February, military sources said.
A few printing machines were also found inside the printing press premises.
LTTE hand grenade manufacturing factory adjacent to the printing press was also located by the troops of same division, military sources added.
Meanwhile, troops of Task Force 4 (TF4) have located another LTTE printing and cutting machine while conducting search and clear operations in south of Puthukudiyirippu this morning, 11 February.
The printing and cutting machine is 12 feet long and it had been left away by the fleeing terrorists due to the effective military thrust launched by security forces recently.
